The self-cleaning drawer-type magnetic separator is based on the magnetic rod assembly of the traditional drawer-type magnetic separator and is equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism (such as scraper, brush or high-pressure flushing component); When powder, particles or low-viscosity fluid materials flow through the drawer chamber, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed by the magnetic rods. Once the set time or the threshold for impurity adsorption is reached, the cleaning mechanism automatically operates. The impurities are removed from the surface of the magnetic rod, and the removed impurities fall into the collection tank or are directly discharged. The entire cleaning process does not require manual pulling of the drawer, and it can be carried out continuously or semi-continuously.
